This initial work is looking at mounted bird skeletons from the Cambridge University Museum of Zoology. It shows clear comparisons of the shape and features of bird skeletons from the side and front. These specimens are part of the teaching collection, focusing on the evolution of flight. At present, the collection is in reverse alphabetical order, but when the project resumes and more specimens are available, they will be arranged into evolutionary groups.
